Young Leader | Social Worker | Son of a Farmer

Manoj Kushwaha was born in Tali Village, located in Nautan Block of Siwan District, Bihar. Raised in a farming family and deeply connected to rural life, he completed his early education at Jagdishpur High School.

From a young age, he developed a strong commitment to public service and community welfare. Today, he is recognized as one of the most energetic and dedicated young leaders of Bihar.

A farmer at heart, a leader by vision, and a servant of the people through his actions, Manoj Kushwaha represents a new generation of leadership that views politics not as a means of power, but as a platform for public service.

Farmers' Welfare Campaign

Under the “Aapan Maati Siwan” initiative, efforts have been made in more than 30 villages to understand and address farmers’ challenges.

Introduced modern farming techniques, including: Zero Roof Gardening, Mushroom Cultivation

Rural Infrastructure Development

Facilitated the installation of electrical transformers in Tali Village, improving the local power supply system.

Environmental Protection

Planted and nurtured more than 10,000 trees across Siwan District as part of environmental conservation efforts.

Shri Shatchandi Mahayagya, Gandharpa

Successfully organized a grand Mahayagya through crowdfunding of approximately ₹20 lakh.
The event witnessed participation from thousands of devotees and became a remarkable example of community unity and public participation.

Held at Shiv Mandir, Ramgarh, Nautan Bazar, Siwan.
Together with Suman Kushwaha, Manoj Kushwaha contributed significantly by mobilizing approximately ₹5 lakh along with religious materials required for the event.
