Manoj Kumar Singh Welcomes Budget Focus on Employment and Skill Development

Following the presentation of the Union Budget 2024–25, software engineer and social worker Manoj Kumar Singh shared his views on the government’s emphasis on youth empowerment, employment generation, and skill development.

Commenting on the budget, Manoj Kumar Singh appreciated the initiatives aimed at creating new opportunities for young professionals and students, particularly through internship programs and support for entrepreneurship.

He stated:

“The government’s focus on employment, skill development, and entrepreneurship has the potential to create meaningful opportunities for India’s youth. If implemented effectively, these initiatives can strengthen the country’s workforce and promote self-reliance among young people.”

Manoj Kumar Singh also highlighted that infrastructure development and investment in states such as Bihar could generate local employment opportunities and reduce the need for large-scale migration in search of work.

According to him, improved roads, industrial growth, educational institutions, and other development projects would contribute significantly to the state’s long-term economic progress.

He emphasized that Bihar’s youth possess immense talent and capability and that better infrastructure and employment opportunities within the state would enable them to build successful careers closer to home.
